Challenges can trigger fear, uncertainty, grief, and exhaustion and can indicate a need to expand your resources to meet the seeming obstacles more gracefully.  A good coach will help you to shift from self-criticism to curiosity, from despair to wonder, and from a sense of overwhelm to “I got this.”  Along the way, we will explore which modalities will best serve you now and in what sequence.  We will address how to conserve your energy, foster receptivity and self-love, release non-self energies, judgments and unconscious habits of thought, feeling and action that thwart your happiness.  We will develop an approach to care that is unique to you, based on your needs, desires, and aspirations.

We will begin with an initial conversation, followed by a 90 min conversation to explore your strengths and concerns.  Following that, sessions are 45-60 mins.  They can be over the phone, via confidential video, or in person.  You can schedule individual sessions, or take advantage of a series over 3 or 6 months, at a discount.  Since life changes require an initial investment of time and energy and then a period of integration and stabilization, most clients benefit from a 3 or 6 month package.
